Please come search for your favorite pathway using the newest version of the Pathway Tools software in the newest versions of our PMN databases:
- PlantCyc 4.0
- AraCyc 7.0
- PoplarCyc 2.0
An introduction to the updated databases was presented at the second Banff Conference on Plant Metabolism and a PMN workshop was conducted at the Plant Biology 2010 ASPB and CSPP conference.
