In addition to the pathway genome databases, PMN has a few other tools interacting with the data.
- Our BLAST server can be used to search for query sequences against all the enzyme sequences used to make the PMN databases.
- Our Metabolic Cluster Viewer can be used to find metabolic clusters within the genomes of nine of the PMN species. These clusters have been found using our ClusterFinder software.
