The PlantCyc 5.0 release contains 46 new pathways that have been added by PMN and MetaCyc curators. 29 pathways have been updated and 3 pathways have been deleted from the previous version of PlantCyc.
PlantCyc 5.0 contains 737 pathways (excluding superpathways), 11217 enzymes*, 3146 compounds, and over 366 organisms.
