Broken links to PMN data pages . . .
You have been automatically redirected to this page because you used a bookmark or entered an outdated url that is no longer functional.

The Plant Metabolic Network upgraded to a new version of the Pathway Tools software in June 2010 and changed the base url used to display PMN data pages. This change has broken many links that users might have generated with earlier versions of the software. But you should still be able to get to the valuable information you want using one of the methods below:

To update your bookmarks or links:

  • You can paste the old bookmark into the address bar of your browser and replace the text "/www.plantcyc.org:1555/" with "/pmn.plantcyc.org/"
    • If the item still exists with the same database ID in the newest PMN release, you should be taken to the updated page

  • Alternatively, you can search for your favorite items in our databases using the Search and Tools menus, the quick search bar, or the specific search pages for:
    • Pathways
    • Compounds
    • Enzymes
    • Reactions

    • Please note that PlantCyc is the default database for these search pages, but, you can switch to another species / database by using the "Search database" selector in the header once you get to the search page
